The body for management systems certification «UKRMETRTESTSTANDARD» confirmed the compliance of the Market Operator's quality management system with the international standard on quality management standards on the services provision for the electricity purchase and sale organizing on May 25, 2020.

The external audit confirmed the high standards of Market Operator’s work. This opens up great prospects for the enterprise for further sustainable development, as well as indicates high quality and safety of electricity trading at the Market Operator's platform.

Quality Policy and Goals of SE «Market Operator» for 2020, approved and implemented by the company`s orders ¹38 dated on 03.03.2020 and ¹129 dated on 29.04.2021, contain the obligations of the Market Operator`s team on the management system improvement for the sustainable development of the electricity market in Ukraine taking into account the requirements of international quality standards.

United Registrar of Systems Ukraine LLC, a representative of the British Management Systems Certification Authority United Registrar of Systems (Holdings) Limited, confirmed the compliance of the Market Operator's information security management system with the international standard on information security management on June 30, 2021.

Auditors confirmed that the Market Operator has a high level of data protection, confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of all physical and information assets, accessibility and reliability of information infrastructure and information systems (including XMtrade©/PXS and ETS/UA software).

This is an important step for the company's strategic tasks fulfilling in terms of integration of the trading platforms of electricity market operators in Ukraine and the EU countries and carrying out the market monitoring support in accordance with the REMIT requirements.

On August 31, 2021, the Market Operator received an International Certificate on the anti-bribery management system compliance with the ISO 37001 requirements. The audit was conducted by the PECB Ukraine, which is the official representative of the PECB Group Inc. Certification body in Ukraine – a world leader in training and certification of personnel, certification of corporate governance systems and products in accordance with international standards – supported by USAID Energy Security Project in Ukraine.

Company successfully passed an annual audit in 2022, which confirmed the validity of the ISO 37001:2016 certificate and, thus, the validity of transparent anti-corruption mechanisms in the JSC «Market Operator».

The Market Operator works on the Anti-corruption program and Anti-corruption policybasis. Strict adherence to ethical behavior by all company`s employees contributes to high-quality functionality, increasing reputation and avoiding potential risks of bribery, participation in corruption actions, which can lead to reputation damage and loss of confidence in the Market Operator.

On 30 December 2022, following the results of the audit conducted, the State Enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandard” issued a certificate to JSC “Market Operator” confirming the compliance of its Environmental Management System with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015.

JSC “Market Operator” successfully passed the recertification audit on 29 December 2025, thereby confirming that its activities comply with legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements in the field of environmental protection. The issuance of the new certificate became another confirmation of the Company’s systematic approach to environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

The annual completion of audits confirms the consistency and effectiveness of the Company’s environmental policy, the efficient use of energy and material resources, as well as a responsible approach to environmental protection.

The Environmental Management Policy and Objectives of JSC “Market Operator” were approved and put into effect by the Company’s Orders No. 363 dated 25 November 2022 and No. 553 dated 25 December 2024 and are mandatory for implementation within the scope of the Company’s activities.

The social responsibility of the JSC Market Operator is confirmed by ISO 45001:2019 certificate, issued by the Ukrmetrteststandard on December 30, 2022. The company takes care of the professional safety and health of employees, works with risks related with industrial accidents and emergencies.

The social responsibility of JSC “Market Operator” in the field of occupational health and safety is confirmed by the ISO 45001:2019 certificate issued by the State Enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandard” on 30 December 2022 following the results of the certification audit. The recifirtication audit was successfully completed on 29 December 2025.

The annual completion of audits confirms the Company’s systematic approach to the management of occupational risks, the prevention of occupational injuries, emergency response, and the creation of safe and healthy working conditions for employees.
