The company's anti-corruption program was revised in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and approved on May 18, 2021.
The program includes duties of the management and all employees of the "Market Operator" to be guided by the principle of "zero tolerance" to any manifestations of corruption in relations with state authorities and electricity market participants.
At the Market Operator is dominated by ambitious tasks to implement pro-European rules and regulations. One of the main task of the Officer for anti corruption complience is the implementation of the OECD's compliance risk management system, implementation of anti-corruption policies and a number of provisions on corporate behavior, avoidance of conflicts of interest, protection of personal data and confidential information.
