In accordance with item 2.4.1 (1) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, JSC «Market Operator» suspends participation in the DAM/IDM LLC «MEGAENERGO POSTACH» (USREOU 40464528) from 13 October 2026 due to repeated violation of the DAM/IDM Rules during the year, namely: regarding the signing of act of purchase and sale of electricity on the IDM (item 4.3.8 of chapter 4.3 of Section IV of the DAM/IDM Rules) and act of acceptance and transfer of services provided (item 4.4.7 of chapter 4.4 of Section IV of the DAM/IDM Rules).
