Please note that the "Surveillance System Requests" module within the ETS/UA software package - designed for the prompt exchange of requests, responses, and other documents related to market surveillance procedures on the DAM and IDM - is operating in a full-scale format. Accordingly, all correspondence with DAM and IDM participants regarding market surveillance procedures is conducted through the "Surveillance System Requests" module of the ETS/UA software package.

We remind you that access to the "Surveillance System" module is granted exclusively to authorized persons specified in Appendix 2, Appendix 3, and/or Appendix 4 to the Application for Participation in the Day-Ahead Market and Intraday Market. Therefore, please ensure timely updates are made to these appendices if you need to grant access to other authorized representatives.
