JSC "Market Operator" is introducing a new mechanism for interaction with day-ahead and intraday market participants as part of the monitoring of spot segments of the electricity market.
The exchange of requests, responses, and other documents related to the monitoring procedures for the operation of the DAM and IDM will be carried out through the "Requests 'Monitoring System'" module of the ETS/UA software package.
In connection with the introduction of the new functionality, JSC "Market Operator" recommends that market participants verify the relevance of the information regarding authorized persons specified in Appendix 2, Appendix 3, and Appendix 4 to the Application for Participation in the Day-Ahead Market and Intraday Market.
Access to the "Monitoring System" module will be granted exclusively to the persons specified in the relevant appendices to the Application. If the responsible employees have changed or there is a need to grant access to other authorized representatives, we recommend making the appropriate changes to Appendix 2, Appendix 3, and/or Appendix 4 in advance.
In order to familiarize market participants with the new interaction mechanism, JSC "Market Operator" held a webinar during which the functional capabilities of the new module, the procedure for working with it, and the specifics of electronic interaction within the market monitoring system were presented.
