FIRST 20 DAYS OF JUNE 2026: THE BASE ELECTRICITY PRICE INDEX ON THE DAY-AHEAD MARKET REACHED UAH 5,219.12/MWh

The BASE electricity price index on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) for the first 20 days of June 2026 amounted to UAH 5,219.12/MWh. The weighted average electricity trading price during this period stood at UAH 5,445.93/MWh. On the Intraday Market (IDM), the weighted average price of electricity accepted during the first 20 days of June amounted to UAH 4,514.36/MWh.

The electricity trading volume on the Day-Ahead Market during the first 20 days of June 2026 totalled 1,555,713.2 MWh, while 145,169.5 MWh was accepted on the Intraday Market. Compared to the corresponding period of May, the trading volume on the DAM increased by 7.66%, supply rose by 3.07%, and demand increased by 7.41% during the first 20 days of June.
