JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM «EVEREST ENERGY» LLC (USREOU 44567126) from 06 March 2026 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment of «EVEREST ENERGY» LLC of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
