JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of «VS TRADING GROUP», LLC (USREOU 44499800), LLC «ZAPORIZHZYA ENERGY ALLIANCE» (USREOU 43859282) and LLC «LUX ENERGY» (USREOU 42972351) from 28 January 2026 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
