The shareholder of JSC “Market Operator” — the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine — has appointed an Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
In accordance with Order No. 24 of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine dated 19 January 2026, the duties of the Chief Executive Officer of JSC “Market Operator” have been assigned to Oleksandr Havva until the Chief Executive Officer is elected by the Company’s Supervisory Board.
