JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM LLC «NEW ENERGY UKRAINE» (USREOU 43231355) from 26 November 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment of LLC «NEW ENERGY UKRAINE» of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
