JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM PJSC «SINTEZ OIL» (USREOU 14343703) from 20 November 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment of PJSC «SINTEZ OIL» of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
