20 DAYS OF MARCH 2025: ELECTRICITY PRICE INDEX BASE ON DAM STANDS AT 5,078.49 UAH/MWh

The electricity price index for baseload on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) for the first 20 days of March 2025 stands at 5,078.49 UAH/MWh, reflecting a 12.60% decrease compared to the same period in February. The weighted average electricity purchase-sale price during this period is 5,399.32 UAH/MWh. On the Intraday Market (IDM), the weighted average price of electricity accepted over these 20 days of March is 4,793.97 UAH/MWh.
The electricity trading volume on the Day-Ahead Market for the first 20 days of March 2025 amounts to 1,627,849.2 MWh, while 143,663.8 MWh has been accepted on the Intraday Market. Compared to the same period in February, DAM trading volume has decreased by 23.22%, supply has dropped by 17.46%, and demand has fallen by 23.54%.
