FOR WHOLESALE ENERGY MARKET PARTICIPANTS ATTENTION: CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS ON THE PUBLICATION (DISCLOSURE) OF INSIDER INFORMATION

From June 26, 2024, JSC "Market Operator" as the administrator of the insider information platform begins the process of conclusion agreements on the publication (disclosure) of insider information. From July 2, participants of the wholesale energy market are obliged to submit all available information of an insider nature through the platform https://inside.oree.com.ua.

The publication of insider information through the platform will take place taking into account the restriction of general access to it during the period of martial law on the territory of Ukraine.

The agreement on the publication (disclosure) of insider information has been placed on our website at the link https://www.oree.com.ua/index.php/web/10878. The conditions and procedure for its conclusion can be found in section 1 of the Agreement.

All information entered by the participants of the wholesale energy market on JSC "Market Operator" platform of insider information during its testing, including the registration data of the participants, has been cleared and will not be taken into account during agreement conclusion on the publication (disclosure) of insider information.
