The JSC Market Operator has joined the committee of European Market Operators – the All NEMO Committee – as an observer of the EU single electricity spot markets operation. All Nominated market operators (NEMOs) as well as all Transmission system operators (TSOs) of European countries have agreed this.
The All NEMO Committee was established by the European Union to resolve all organizational issues related to the functioning of the single electricity spot markets - SDAC (Single Day-ahead Coupling) and SIDC (Single Intraday Coupling).
The NEMO observer status allows the JSC Market Operator to start technical preparation for market coupling of Ukraine and Europe spot markets, which could be launched in a test mode in the second quarter of the next year, as well as to study the work of European SDAC and SIDC in more detail.

A comprehensive analysis of average electricity prices in all EU countries and hourly prices in Romania, Hungary, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic are published there every day.
